2014

I'm Colin, I built my first home in Baja California Sur in the quiet farming community of Pescadero, on a piece of land I purchased for $30,000. When I first came down to Cerritos in 2014 to visit family, and it didn’t take long for the place to leave its mark on me.

Driving through the area, I noticed the basil fields stretching out across Pescadero, the deep green of the palm groves, and the way the land opened up toward the hills. Standing there, looking up at one particular hillside, I made a decision on the spot, he was going to build a home overlooking it all.

That vision became reality. What I saw back then, the natural beauty, the space, the potential, is the same reason so many people are drawn to the area today. Over the years, Pescadero and Cerritos have steadily grown and evolved, becoming one of the most talked about pockets of Baja.
